Cassia Terraces by Narajaya Sdn Bhd @ Bandar Mahkota Cheras

Again aku buat entry pasal new development at bandar mahkota cheras. Honestly aku memang happy nak buat full review untuk project2 perumahan. tapi apakan daya full review memang makan masa. Bila cakap pasal full review mmg letak gambar, letak layout, cerita all the feature, loan calculation. time equal to money so if i put my time there must be money involve. Therefore aku buat review yg simple2 ajer laa coz wa tarak dapat apa2 maa.

Here some info about the project:

1) Name: Cassia Terraces 2 storey homes (76 units)
2) Location: Near Section 3 Bandar Mahkota Cheras
3) Developer: Narajaya Sdn Bhd (fyi narajaya is the developer of the whole bmc)
4) Land area: 20x65
5) Build up: 1942, standart 4 bath 3 bed
6) Freehold
7) Price from 420k, 5% bumi discount leh dapat about 397k. Many unit still available
8) Expect completion: Sept 2012
9) what make it 420k? - good location, freehold, big build up, cealing high ceramic wall tile in bathcroom, autogate, 2x2 tile on all area, alarm system

  5. @anon - 1st phase dah byk dah naik, dah 60% progress. kalau ada intend utk beli, kene laa tanya developer, harga about 420k dah kot

    semua phase open for sales.
    nasib baik sempat dapat beli unit yang saya suka.

    eg: rm200k, wangsa maju

    my advice, bukak mudah.my or iproperty.com.my specify range n location.

    From the list can survey already the rumah.

    Ada sebuah unit rumah 2 Storey End-Lot di Seksyen 5 Bandar Mahkota Cheras betul-betul bersebelahan dengan kejiranan melayu Seri Budiman. Non bumi lot, Individual title. Saiz rumah lebih besar berbanding unit-unit lain mengikut kiraan lukisan pelan dah cukai tanah. Pelan sedia ada untuk rujukan.

  27. Dah dpt notis utk amik kunci. Tapi masih tunggu maklum balas drp pemaju utk waive penalti interest. Harap dpt settle dlm 1-2 minggu ni.
