Sutera Residense @ Bandar Tun Hussien Onn by YuWang Develoment, from 420k lagilaa FUUUUUUUUU

Last week aku story Sutera Apartment. This time around nk story development baru dekat bandar tun hussien onn dari pemaju yang sama iaitu Yuwang Development Sendirian Berhad.   2. FUUYOOOO.... mahal btul.... matjoe tak terasa ker harga tu macam ter over pricing....? tapi mungkin prospek situ baeekk kut sbb non bumi lot semua dah habiss....

  5. Project ni mesti sangkut ... Nama nak pakai BTHO, Access keluar masuk pun nak pakai tanah BTHO ... bodoh betul takueh cina ni!!!!

    1. Tu ler pasal...bkn dlm husseion onn pn sebenarnya....its beside tmn minang...and the worst is...it will make the traffice flow from suadamai phase becomd worse sbb access kuar masuk dekat dg traffic light..

  7. dah book sutera apartment. suddenly bila nak S&p, terkejut beruk .sebab lease dia dlm brochure memangla 99, tapi expire 2070.lagi 60 tahun je. and the worst part depa jual apart and parking saparately.contohnya kalau harga dia letak 120k, apt 93k, parking 27k.gila nak menipu.depa tak cerita masa promo, lawyer yg akan cerita .tapi by the time ramai yg dah nekad nak beli,maleh nak pikir panjang terus sign je.
    saya dah cancel dan mintak refund.hati hati.
