Pelepasan Cukai 2010 untuk Faedah Pinjaman Perumahan.

Sambung sikit entry semalam, nak ulas berkaitan Pelepasan Cukai 2010 untuk Faedah Pinjaman Perumahan. Part ini memang menarik sebab  had maksima pelepasan adalah sehingga rm10,000. Banyak tu bro. Tapi bukan mudah sebab ada syaratnya. Sy pun tercari cari jugak pasal ni, lalu jumpak dalam entry http://1-million-dollar-blog.com . Saya share disini sebijik2 dari entry ini. In English la, harap2 paham la gamaknya

"Interest expended to finance purchase of residential property. Relief of up to RM10,000 a year for three consecutive years from the first year the interest is paid. Subject to the following conditions: 
(i) the taxpayer is a Malaysian citizen and a resident; 
(ii) limited to one residential unit; 
(iii) the sale and purchase agreement is signed between 10th March 2009 and 31st December 2010; and 
(iv) the residential property is not rented out. 

Where
(a) 2 or more individuals are eligible to claim relief for the same property ; and
(b) total interest expended by those individuals exceeds the allowable amount for that year , 

Each individual is allowed an amount of relief for each year based on the following formula: 

A x B / C 

where; 
A = total interest allowable in the relevant year; 
B = total interest expended by the relevant individual in the relevant year;
C = total interest expended by all the individuals. 10,000"

Rasanya utk dapatkan what is the figure A, B and C, perlulah kembali semula ke bank dan jumpak semula bank officer berkenaan pinjaman perumahan kita itu. Kalau susah sangat nak faham, terus jer gi jumpak officer di LHDN. sy tak ambik port sgt sebab tak entitle :(

  1. aku ada claim bab faedah pinjaman perumahan nih...tapi bila declare benda nih, prosesnya akan mengambil masa sebab nak check dengan pihak lain eg. pihak bank.

    tu yang sampai sekarang aku tak dapat lagi cheque tu walaupun dah declare dari awal bulan 3 haritu..huhu

  2. ooo.. lhdn akan siap2 check dgn bank ke? alamak abislah saya, haritu kire roughly je (sbb penyata bank x brp clear brp interest die haha) so tolak je dalam 5k lebih sket..

    actually takde la cincai sgt kire, tapi still kira sendiri haha.. rhb islamic penyata die pelik sket (or aku yg pelik x paham)

    biasenye, untuk 1st three years tu, anggaran 90% dari bayaran bulanan tu adalah interest.

    betolkan jike silap.
