Here we are, You City Cheras by PJ Development. It's been a while since i wrote about new development. Not exactly at Mahkota Cheras but along my  way back to home from work, right after Grand Saga  toll, i cant help but notice the ongoing development on my left. So much 'YOU' huh? Nice concept though. Good location too, The other factor to consider is of course, the price.
