Kalau buat karangan, surat rasmi adalah sukar, sebab format kene betul. Tapi bila dah bekerja ni, jarang sangant tulis surat rasmi. Everything via email jer. Apapun ada masanya perlukan juga untuk buat surat rasmi, seperti nak batalkan penyertaan sebagai ahli koperasi, perubahan alamat mahupun pembatalan pinjaman yang telah ditandatangani. The cancellation has been made to the developer MKH Berhad on 22^nd Nov 2011.

The reason of the cancellation is due to 0% progress of the project itself although it’s more than 11 month the offer letter is sign. The construction site didn’t show any progress at all and the Sale and Purchase agreement has not been sign.

With the above  reason, I hope i can be waive from the penalty that is stated in the offer letter.
